Every time we see a ring on Maria Shiver’s wedding ring finger speculations run wild that she is reconciling with her husband. Recently she was spotted with a large bauble on her ring finger while leaving a restaurant along with her eldest daughter Katherine. This again gave rise to reconciliation rumors and some critics feel that this time it may be true as probably Shiver is having a change of heart.
The reason for this change could be the statement of her apologetic ex-husband Arnold Schwarzenegger on lastTuesday where he had said that she was his one true love. Only a couple of days later on Sunday, the Peabody-winning brunette seemed to be in good spirits as she was seen having a good time during Malibu outing with her two daughters.
It has been a little over a year since Maria filed for divorce in July 2011. She had been the wife of former Governor of California for 25 years but decided to end the marriage when her 65-year-old husband admitted he had fathered a love-child with their longtime housekeeper, Mildred Baena.
These days Schwarzenegger is busy promoting his new memoir, Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story. This book lists out his various indiscretions while he was still married to Shiver. But in this book the Austrian-born actor has also written that onecan call this denial, but that is the way his mind works and that he is still in love with Maria.
The muscle-man, shares four children with Shriver and though the divorce proceedings are still on but he is hopeful that Maria and he can come back together as husband and wife and as a family with their children.
