Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are Engaged

At last it happened. Hollywood’s power couple Brangelina are engaged. The news officially came after Angelina Jolie was spotted with a bling on her ring finger during a visit to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art with her son Pax and now soon-to-be hubby Brad Pitt.

Later Brad’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante confirmed that the couple is engaged and Brad has proposed Jolie with a custom made diamond ring that he vision a year ago. Pett-Dante told reporters, “It’s a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There is no date set at this time.”

The ring is customized by jeweler Robert Procop of Beverly Hills who earlier had worked with Angelina on her own jewelry line. The rep of the jeweler confirmed it saying, “I can confirm that Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt.”

According to the jeweler’s rep Brad had a specific vision about the ring and wanted it to be perfect from every aspect. The bling is an all diamond ring with finest quality and cut that exactly match to the vision of Brad. He is well aware about the power of jewelry and knows that a perfectly designed piece could make a person feel beautiful, honored, protected and loved. He wanted to give Jolie a ring that gives her the feeling of protection. The accents around the center tablet cut diamond resemble the planets emitting pulses of energy.

The jeweler also mentioned that during the entire course of ring designing ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ star was highly involved with him, keenly looking at every aspect of the creative design evolution.

Pitt and Jolie are together since 2005 but always denied the plans of marriage till the marriage laws are equal for all. It was only in last year when Brad stated that they are in continuous pressure from their six children and for them they will soon walk to the altar.

Megan Fox is rumored to be pregnant

We have another celebrity in the list of mothers-to-be. If it’s true the Hollywood water has something suspicious or it might be the spring air. The ‘Friends With Kids’ star Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green are rumored to be expecting their first child. The news is not confirmed by the couple but a close source said that it is too early so they are just telling to close friends and family.

It will be Megan’s first baby. Brian already had a son Kassius from ex-wife and he calls Megan a wonderful mother.

Megan who is known for her strict love for career told Hollywood reporters that she had a number in her mind of what amount of money she wanted in the bank so that she could protect that child's future. And really protect it, so that kid never struggles. Once she felt safe with that then she would have them.

So does that mean that the number is matched? In another interview with Cosmopolitan Magazine, Megan said, “I want at least two, probably three kids as I've always been maternal."

That gives a different picture and turns to the path of believing the rumors.

Probably she is again thinking to surprise similarly as she did with a quite wedding. After her June wedding with Brian Austin Green Megan arrived at an award function with double radiance. She proudly showed off her engagement ring and wedding ring together. The stunning 3 carat radiant cut platinum set diamond accented engagement ring was dramatically complemented by her platinum and diamond eternity band. Both the rings together cost around $100,000.

And now she is perhaps thinking to come out with something as unexpected as her wedding news. Let’s wait for the official announcement for the happy news but even if its rumors a bundle of congratulations is for Megan and Brian.

Cleopatra Emerald is the Largest Ever in History!!!

Reports are that a team of researchers recently discovered what some are calling the largest emerald in the world. However, as this newly discovered largest emerald “Cleopatra Emerald” is going up for sale there are again clouds of doubt if it is real. This huge gem has been named after Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt because it shares beauty and exquisiteness of the queen besides being her favorite gem.

This emerald weighs 40175-cts and shares a similar if not the same species as the famous Mogul emerald (217.80-cts), which Christie’s sold for $2.2 million.

But the official release released in this regard stated that to confirm the authenticity of the Cleopatra as an emerald, researchers analyzed its tone and light. The report stated that notwithstanding color enhancements, this stone displayed an uneven tone with some parts lighters and others darker. Based on these observations and other reasons, GIA graduates at http://www.igli.in have certified the Cleopatra as an emerald.

As for the value, on account of its rarity and beauty along with the Mogul as a basis for comparison, the Cleopatra’s value as per the gem experts will range approximately between $20 and $450 million. Those who have seen this Cleopatra emerald say that it also has a visually appealing deep green color akin to a Brazilian emerald.

The researchers who have found this gemstone claim that another point that makes the Cleopatra so unique is its weight along with its cut. It is said that emeralds are the most challenging of all gems to cut and it took over three months to cut the Cleopatra.
